This Italian ground sausage is hot and flavorful. It goes great in Italian dishes or spicy dips. Weight per package: around & sometimes above 1 lb. Pork has been silvo-pastured through the woods of SBF. Pigs are moved every 5-7 days to ensure that they are eating the forage they desire. All pork is supplemented with a non-GMO, Ohio grown feed.
